Mr. Reisman is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1976.

Mr. Reisman’s areas of concentration are Landlord-Tenant Law, Commercial Leases, Administrative Proceedings before the N.Y.S. Division of Housing and Community Renewal and Business Law.

Mr. Reisman is a Governor of the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors and a member of the Board of Directors of the Westchester Bank. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Bronx County Bar Association, the Yonkers Bar Association and the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce. For 14 years he was employer trustee of the local 32BJ North Service Employees International Union (S.E.I.U.) Health and Welfare Funds.

Among the Administrative Proceedings handled by Mr. Leventhal are matters defended before both the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Areas of concentration include Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions and Litigation, Appellate Litigation, and proceedings before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, Zoning procedures, Takings clause challenges, Federal Court practice, with extensive practice in Westchester, Bronx and New York County Supreme Court, Bronx County Civil Court and Yonkers City Court. Mr. Schiro has tried jury and non-jury cases in Supreme and Civil Court and argued appeals in the Appellate Term and Division for the First and Second Judicial Departments. Mr. Bougopoulos’ practice concentrates on residential and commercial real estate litigation; landlord-tenant litigation; proceedings for appointment of estate administrators in Surrogate’s Court; and “Article 78” proceedings in Supreme Court. Mr. Bougopoulos also handles various matters for condominium and cooperative apartment buildings. In addition, Mr. Bougopoulos is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.

Hofstra University School of Law, J.D. 1988. Admitted to New York State Bar as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts. Mr. Zim is also admitted to the bars of Washington, D.C. and New Jersey. The emphasis of his practice is complex Real Estate Litigation, Landlord-Tenant trial work for both commercial and residential matters, Real Estate transactions and Closings involving 1031 like-kind exchanges, commercial, multifamily and residential real estate. Mr. Zim is Vice Chair of the Landlord-Tenant Committee, Queens County Bar, and Secretary of the Queens County Housing Court Bar Association. He is on the Queens County Bar committees for Judicial Relations, Supreme Court and Civil Court, and a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Zim was an adjunct professor with New York City Technical College. He has been the prosecuting attorney for Atlantic Beach, New York since June 1989.
